Privacy Policy
PoodleVPN is built on a simple rule: if we don’t collect it, it can’t be logged, leaked, sold, or requested. This policy explains—plainly—what we do and do not collect, and why our architecture is designed the way it is.
1. What we do not collect
- No traffic logs or browsing activity
- No connection logs tied to identities
- No accounts, usernames, or email addresses
- No analytics, trackers, or telemetry
- No device identifiers or fingerprints
Our infrastructure is intentionally minimal. Fewer systems means fewer places for data to exist.
2. What we do handle
To operate a VPN, some technical data must exist briefly in memory:
- WireGuard public keys you generate locally
- Ephemeral tunnel routing data while connected
- Messages you voluntarily send us for support
This data is not converted into long-term logs or user profiles.
3. DNS & jurisdiction split
VPN traffic exits through Swiss bare-metal servers. DNS resolution is handled separately via encrypted resolvers in Iceland. This jurisdiction split ensures no single location sees both traffic and name resolution.
4. Payments
Payments are handled manually to avoid traditional billing systems. We do not store billing identities, card numbers, or personal details.
5. Legal requests
If we receive a legally valid request, our response is limited by design. We cannot provide logs or identities that do not exist.
6. Your responsibility
A VPN is one layer. Operational security still matters. Avoid logging into real-name accounts when anonymity matters, and be mindful of what you share.
